H H Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati is the president and spiritual head of Parmarth Niketan Ashram, Rishikesh (Himalayas), India one of the largest spiritual institutions in India.
He is also the founder and chairman of the India Heritage Research Foundation, which runs and sponsors a wide range of humanitarian and charitable programs, including free schools, women’s vocational training institutes, orphanages, environmental and ecological programs, disaster relief programs and rural development programs.
